Your visit
Before you arrive
Arrive early
Please arrive ten minutes before your treatment so you can settle, change and unwind before we begin.
Between treatments
We leave a full thirty minutes between every appointment. Your room is stripped, cleaned and reset before you enter it — never rushed, never shared.
Cancellations
Please give us twenty-four hours notice if you need to move or cancel your appointment.
Booking
Message us on WhatsApp with the treatment you would like and a day that suits you, and we will confirm your time.

The building has security at the gate, so follow these seven steps and you will walk straight to us without a wrong turn.
- 01Arrive at 14 Eglin Road, Sunninghill.
- 02Go through the security gate.
- 03Tell them you are going to DIVA.
- 04They will tell you where to park.
- 05Once you have parked, go up to Floor 2.
- 06Room 206 — inside DIVA.
- 07An Everdream therapist will be waiting for you.
